Communal light out, broken gate or intercom fault?

Tell us which development you live at and what you can see — the closer, the better. We'll log it, tell you who's coming, and let you know when it's done.

Fastest way to get someone out: send photos or video on WhatsApp to Regency Estate Management. A picture of the light, gate, intercom or leak saves us a visit to look at it first. Prefer messaging to emailing for anything else? Message the same place and we'll reply there.
