This website is operated by Regency Estate Management Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 04612202, whose office is at Farnborough Business Suites, 125 High Street, Farnborough, Orpington, BR6 7AZ. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean that company.

We have been providing managing agent services to Residents' Management Companies, Residents' Associations, right-to-manage companies and freeholders since 2002.

You may use this website for your own information and for lawful purposes. Please do not copy, redistribute or adapt the pages outside your own personal or internal use without asking us first, and do not use the site in any way that is unlawful, misleading or that could damage it or other people's use of it. Where a sign-in area is available, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity carried out using your account.

Browsing this website, or sending an enquiry through it, does not create a contract between us. Appointments as managing agent, and any changes to them, are made in writing with the client company or freeholder under a management agreement. Individual rights and obligations in a building are set by the lease and by the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 and other legislation, not by anything on this website. If anything here conflicts with a lease or a management agreement, those documents take priority.

When you complete a form or email us, we receive the information you provide and use it to reply and to deal with the matter you have raised. Please only send information about other people where you have a reasonable basis to do so, and tell us if anything you have sent is incorrect. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Statement.

The text, logo, layout and images on this website belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may print or download pages for your own use. Please contact us if you would like to reproduce something from the site.
