We are working on having this service live as soon as possible. The resident portal is being prepared and tested so that leaseholders and residents can manage everything in one place.
You do not need to do anything at this stage. Once the portal is open, everyone on the management register will receive an invitation by email with their own sign-in details.
What the portal will include

See your balance, payments made and what is due, all year by year.
Maintenance requests
Report an issue and follow it through to completion.
Announcements
Receive building notices for your block as they are issued.
Documents
Access statements, policies and building documents in one place.
